Robert R. Wright is a graduate research assistant at Portland State University.  He received his B.A. in Psychology from Utah State University in 2006.  Rob is pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology with a minor in Occupational Health Psychology under the direction of Dr. Cynthia Mohr.  Rob's Master's thesis entitled, Evaluation of the Workplace Interpersonal Conflict Among Nurses has been accepted for presentation at both national and international research conferences. Rob has served as the Psychology Graduate Student Association President at Portland State University and has received the Utah State University Psychology Department Applied Psychological Service Award (2006).  His honors senior thesis was recently published in the Psi Chi Journal for Undergraduate Research.  His research interests include: interpersonal conflict and interactions, health and well-being in the workplace, and stress and coping. In his spare time, Rob enjoys hiking, reading books, and racquetball.
